Enjoy a 75 minute Vinyasa Yoga class @ Pure Healing Yoga taught by Jenna Leigh followed by a 60 min cooking class @ The Hummingbird's Kitchen.
The yoga class will be an itermediate level class focusing on movement, breath and flow. You will likely work up a sweat between the Sun Salutations, core work and balancing postures. Get out of your head and into your body during this fun and challenging 75 min yoga class!
After the yoga class complimentray tea and cucumber basil infused water will be served before heading downstairs to The Hummingbird's Kitchen for the cooking portion of the workshop.
This month we'll be learning from Kirsten Taylor. She will teach us how to make lemon yogurt & granola from scratch!! You will have the opportunity to sample the yogurt and granola as well as take some home with you!
