Maureen Kozicki, ERYT, has been practicing and teaching yoga for over 13 years. In 2003, she completed a 200 hour RYT teacher training program with Jonny Kest and went on to earn an ERYT through Yoga Alliance (2009). She is also a certified Relax and Renew Trainer through the international program offered by well known yoga guru Judith Lasater (2011). More importantly, she is an ovarian cancer survivor and great lover of chocolate both of which greatly influence her current style of teaching.
