Intro to Ashtanga


This method of yoga is a form of Hatha yoga set in a specific sequence based on breath synchronized movement. There are 6 series in Ashtanga. We all begin with the PRIMARY. The Primary series focuses on forward folding and hip opening and is a very purifying method for the sense organs.

Led by Randa Chehab

Randa has been studying Ashtanga since 1999 and various styles of yoga since 1987. She spent 10 winters in India studying Ashtanga w/ her master Lino Miele. Randa has taught extensively throughout Scandinavia and Europe since 2009 and she opened Lino's school in 2013.
